WHAT WE DO
CogWheel Builders is a full-service, fully-insured local Vermont contracting outfit. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations from framing to finish work. We can build you everything from a table, to a house for that table to live in.
RENOVATION
When updating a home we focus not only on how it can add value to your life, but how it can also add value to your investment. We help guide our clients through the complicated steps of determining what is right for their needs and budget. Our expertise includes; kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, window installation, decks, additions, bar/restaurants, custom retail & office fittings.
DESIGN
Hundreds of design decisions can go into even the smallest of projects. Throughout the years we have found this to be a major challenge for those working without a third party designer or architect. We offer in-house design + interior design services, as well as professional services through our many partnerships. We are also available for custom furniture and finish work based out of our partner woodworking shop, Sterling Hardwoods .
